Common Yoga Protocol


Introduction:-


Yoga is essentially a Spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science which focuses on bringing harmony between Mind and Body. It is an art of living. Yoga is an invaluable gift of ancient Indian tradition.


The word ‘Yoga’ is derived from the Sanskrit root ‘yuj’, that’s meaning is ‘to join’, ‘to yoke’ or ‘to unit’.

Yoga defined near about 5000 years ago, it is backbone of Indian cultures, many roots of yoga in our culture, just like, ‘Mantra Yoga’, ‘Laya Yoga’, ‘Karma Yoga’, Bhakti Yoga’, Dhyan Yoga’, ‘Gyan Yoga’, ‘Raj Yoga’, ‘Hath Yoga’, etc. these are yoga a part of our traditional yoga. ‘Hath Yoga’, ‘Raj Yoga’, ‘Bhakti Yoga’, ‘Gyan Yoga’ are very effective and power full yoga.


Mostly Hath yoga is useful in modern life. Because Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandh, a part of Hath yoga, it’s give many benefits in our physically and mentally causes, just like cancer, diabetes and paralysis etc.
